Heat and Frost Insulators Local #25 Heat and Frost Insulators Local #25 is a Skilled Trade Organization with 100+ years experience repre Through it all we have endured.

“This page dedicated to the members, friends, families, and partners of The Heat and Frost Insulators Local #25. It is with great pride we perform our craft with an understanding of those who came before us as well as the legacy we leave behind when passing the torch to future generations. We know through our hard work, unmatched skill, dedication to the local community and our commitment to the e

nvironment we can continue to cultivate the future of our industry. We pledge to continue making this area attractive to development for generations to come, while supplying skilled workers from the local community that have the values and convictions to create positive change.”

The Heat and Frost Insulators Local #25 was founded on April 26th 1911 by Brother Edward Brinker. In point of fact the legacy of Brother Brinker still exists today within the ranks of both our retired and active members. During our 100 plus years of operation, our country and Local have witnessed 2 world wars, peaks and valleys within the economic climate, and ever changing political environments. We have also witnessed amazing improvements in Construction Technology. It is through our specialized training program we stay on top of the newest/cutting edge technology in the Mechanical Insulation Industry. Our members receive the highest level of training to ensure that the projects we work on are the most profitable, safest and of highest quality possible. During our existence in Southeastern Michigan we have represented generations of hardworking families coming together to earn an honest living. Our members are your neighbors, friends, and family. We are the little league coaches, the people sitting next to you on Friday night at the high school football game. We are also the people building your schools, hospitals, and industry. The members of Local #25 take great pride in building the communities we live and work in. The work we perform is in the field of Mechanical Insulation. The value our work brings is a benefit to any project where the owner/end-user will have utility costs once the construction is complete. Our craft is the only phase of construction that not only pays for itself but serves as an investment for years to come through the conservation of energy. It is by conserving energy that our schools, hospitals, and industrial sites have the ability save money while still protecting the environment. Relatively small investments can prove to be game changers for a facility’s bottom line as well as the community’s effort to improve the environment around those facilities. Among our ranks we have a number of members that enjoy the outdoors. It is a great feeling to know that through our craft we also perform a service helping to protect the very unique natural resources we have in Southeastern Michigan. The membership of Local #25, alongside our community partners, look to continue down the path our forefathers embarked on over 100 years ago to improve the quality of life for local workers in turn helping to improve the community as a whole. We take great pride in doing our part to help solidify the economic stability of this area by creating a career path for local workers for generations to come.

Good morning Heat and Frost Insulators, Local 25 members! We will be handing out the SUB Fund distribution checks at the hall beginning Thursday April 9th immediately following the 6pm membership meeting. If you’re not able to attend, the hall will be open until 5pm on Friday, April 10th. You’re welcome to stop in at anytime on Friday or any day there after to pick up your check. We’re trying to limit the mailing of these checks because of the average length of time that it takes mail to get from the hall to the members. Any check that is mailed will not be available for consideration of cancellation for 2 weeks from the date it was mailed due to cost of cancellation and reprint. Members that pick up their checks will sign individually so no “group pick ups” will be allowed.
