I don't talk about this enough, but it matters to me more than almost anything in my business: integrity.
When you trust me to plan your vacation, you are trusting me with more than a booking.
You're trusting me with your time, your money, your expectations and memories you may have been looking forward to for months — sometimes years.
I don't take that lightly.
Is everything always perfect?
No.
Travel is travel. Things can happen that are completely outside anyone's control.
But I believe strongly in how you handle those moments.
I choose to work with companies I trust. Companies that care about their guests, stand behind what they offer and, when something doesn't go as planned, strive to make it right.
And I hold myself to that same standard.
I won't promise you that nothing will ever go wrong.
What I can promise is that I will be honest with you, communicate with you, advocate for you and do everything I reasonably can to help when it doesn't go according to plan.
That's what integrity means to me.
It's choosing who I work with carefully.
It's telling you the truth, even when the truth isn't necessarily what you hoped to hear.
And it's being there after the booking is made — not just when I'm trying to earn your business.
Because your vacation isn't just a reservation to me.
It's your vacation.
And I want you to feel confident knowing that someone you trust is in your corner.
