Want to hear something exciting? You can now combine an AmaWaterways river cruise with a journey to Machu Picchu!

Beginning in April 2027, AmaWaterways is introducing a new way to explore two incredible parts of South America, pairing its Magic of Colombia river cruise with a 5- or 6-day land journey to Peru.

Imagine sailing Colombia’s Magdalena River aboard the beautiful new AmaMelodia, discovering the culture and history along the way, and then continuing your adventure to Peru!

After your cruise, you’ll travel to Lima, explore Cusco and the Sacred Valley, and experience the extraordinary ancient Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. The journey includes a scenic train ride, with options ranging from first-class rail travel to the luxurious Hiram Bingham, A Belmond Train.

And the accommodations? You can choose between two hotel collections, including beautiful boutique luxury properties or iconic Belmond hotels for an even more indulgent experience.

Pick your vacation personality…

If someone handed you a plane ticket tomorrow, where would you want it to take you?

🏝️ Beach — Give me sunshine, turquoise water and absolutely nothing on my schedule.

🌎 Adventure — I want to explore, get off the beaten path and come home with stories.

🍷 Food & W**e — Take me somewhere beautiful and feed me. Bonus points for a great w**e region.

🏰 History & Culture — Give me old cities, castles, museums, local traditions and a little history around every corner.

✨ Luxury — Beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, amazing food and someone else handling the details.

🚢 Cruise — I want to unpack once and wake up somewhere new.

🎄 Christmas Markets — Give me twinkling lights, little wooden stalls, warm drinks, local treats and European Christmas magic.

🧭 Expedition — I don't just want to see a destination. I want to experience somewhere wild, remote and completely different.

And honestly… I don't think I could pick just one.

There is something pretty special about seeing Paris from above.

The Eiffel Tower gives you incredible views of the city, from the Seine winding through Paris to the landmarks and neighborhoods that make this city so unforgettable.

And while the view from the top is beautiful, I think one of the best things about Paris is everything you get to experience once you’re back on the ground.

Walking along the Seine. Finding a little café. Exploring a museum. Stopping for a crepe or a macaron. Sitting for a while and simply watching Paris go by.

There is so much more to a Paris trip than checking the Eiffel Tower off your list.

It’s the little moments in between that often become the memories you bring home.

There is something about Montmartre that feels a little different from the rest of Paris.

Perched on the hill of the Butte Montmartre, this neighborhood is filled with winding streets, beautiful architecture, little cafés and views that make you want to slow down and take it all in.

And then there is Sacré-Cœur.

Standing at one of the highest points in Paris, the basilica overlooks the city and gives you an incredible view of those familiar Parisian rooftops stretching into the distance.

Montmartre has also become famous around the world through movies like Amélie, which captured so much of the neighborhood’s charm and character.

But honestly, I think the best part is simply wandering.

Turn down a little street. Stop for a coffee. Take in the view. Explore the shops and artists around the neighborhood. Let yourself get a little lost.

That’s Paris to me.

It’s not always about rushing from one landmark to the next. Sometimes it’s about finding a neighborhood like Montmartre and enjoying the feeling of being there.

And yes… it would make a pretty romantic place to explore together, too.

Florida really does have something for just about every kind of traveler.

Adventure.
Thrills.
Nature.
Beach days.
Theme parks.
Wildlife.
Relaxation.

You can spend the day chasing thrills at Universal or Disney, get out on the water, explore Florida’s incredible natural spaces, or simply find a beautiful beach and do absolutely nothing.

That’s one of the things I love about Florida — your vacation can be whatever you want it to be.

Imagine standing in an Italian kitchen, learning the art of making fresh pasta by hand, discovering the little tricks passed down through generations, and then sitting down to enjoy what you’ve made, paired with a glass of local w**e and the flavors of Italy.

It’s more than a cooking class. It’s a chance to connect with the culture, meet local people, slow down, and experience Italy in a way you might never get from simply visiting the sights.

There is something really special about watching three generations experience the same sunset — and all feel like the trip worked for them.
