Don’t let this be you!!!

This was posted in one of the travel groups I follow and it really highlights how different your experience can be when booking yourself through discount sites with limited customer service vs getting trusted personalized services from a travel agent at no additional cost.

“Looking for advice. We booked our flights on Booking. com. We are on our trip now and have been told one of our flights on the return journey has been cancelled. I have spent at least 6 hours talking to agents on Booking. The last one told me they had flights for us but they needed to ask the airline for approval and they would email us the information. It’s been two days now with no updates. It’s so hard to get ahold of them and I’m hoping there is another way Any help appreciated.”

Believe it or not, the entire island pretty much looks like this. Guessed where? It’s Kaua’i (aka the Garden Island), and it’s Na Pali Coast. This pretty island also has more miles of sandy coastline than the other Hawaiian islands.
