We have contracts to land on several private islands within a day's sail from Southwest and Northeast Harbor. We can anchor off a remote island and dinghy ashore to explore and hike the island or have a simple picnic lunch. There is nothing like moving through the water powered only by the wind. We also offer a tide pool excursion adventure. This trip is not on our Shannon sailboat, instead, it is on a 33' landing craft powerboat that allows us easier access to great tide pool locations. You will learn about the organisms that call this intertidal region home. You will be educated and entertained by an energetic marine biologist. I just love sharing the wonders that exist just below the high tide mark.
