American Leadership Academy ALA is committed to providing students with a challenging, innovative, and result oriented education.

We envision American Leadership Academy (ALA) Charter School as a thriving community of learning that honors and maintains its mission in all that it does. Together this Academy will build a scholarly, creative, and exciting environment that students will want to experience; a place that will attract the most highly skilled and committed educators and community members. Parents will have an active presence during the school day and in all aspects of governance. Accountability and personal responsibility will be embraced by all constituents, particularly the teachers, who will be given maximum freedom and support in helping them fulfill their teaching assignments.

The halls were LOUD, the energy was HIGH, and our Eagles felt the love! ❤️🤍 Our student body lined the halls to cheer on our girls volleyball team and send them off with all the school spirit as they head into the playoffs!

Congratulations to Brooke Downing on being named the Deseret News Minky Couture week 12 ⭐️ Athlete of the week!! 🎉

Brooke, a sophomore defensive midfielder, has been a dominant force on the field and a key part of ALA Girls Soccer’s incredible run to the 2A semifinals! With 8 goals and 12 assists this season, Brooke’s impact is undeniable. Her 12 assists rank 6th in the state in 2A! 🔥

Her ability to control the midfield, set the pace of the game, and contribute to the team’s success makes her a force to be reckoned with!

We’re so proud of Brooke and the hard work, talent, and dedication she brings to the field every day. Way to represent ALA, Brooke! 💙🦅
