Ever wondered how I got started in travel? Or what’s at the top of my bucket list? Let’s get into it!
🔹 What inspired me to become a travel advisor?
A deep love for planning and a mild Disney obsession. I started helping friends and family with their trips just for fun—then realized… wait, people do this for a living? Yes, please!
🌍 Favorite destination I've ever visited:
Ireland, hands down.
From charming towns to terrifyingly tiny roads (on the wrong side!), it was unforgettable. The Cliffs of Moher were breathtaking, the castles were magical, and the shopping in Dublin? Let’s just say… dangerous. Sharing it all with my son and one of my besties made it even more special.
🪄 Bucket list destination:
Italy! I have Italian roots and want to soak it all in—Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast, pasta-making, vineyards (even though I don’t drink wine 😅), all of it. I’m planning a big trip with my “framily” for my 50th!
💡 One travel tip I always share:
📸 Take a photo of your passport and travel docs before you leave. It’s not glamorous, but if something goes sideways, it can be a lifesaver.
🧳 Carry-on or checked bag?
Checked—every time. I’m a chronic overpacker. Last trip to France: two checked bags, a carry-on, a carry-on inside a carry-on (yes, really), and a purse that was basically a weekender. No regrets.
🍫 Go-to plane snacks?
Extra Toasty Cheez-Its, Chili Cheese Fritos, and dark chocolate. Salty, crunchy, and a little sweet—kinda like me on a travel day.
🌴 Hidden gem destinations:
Isla Holbox, Mexico & Long Island, Bahamas. Pink sand beaches, flamingos, zero crowds… pure paradise.
💍 My favorite vacations to plan:
Destination weddings & honeymoons—I love love! I also adore building out dreamy European adventures. Cruises? I’ll plan them, but I shine brightest on land.
😂 Favorite travel memory (aka mishap):
Ireland again—couldn’t figure out reverse in our rental car. Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Then tackled roads so narrow I thought we were in a Fast & Furious movie. Terrifying. Hilarious. Unforgettable.
❤️ What I love most about travel planning:
Being part of your big memories—whether it’s a honeymoon, family trip, or once-in-a-lifetime escape. This job is a labor of love, and I’m lucky to live it every day.
📍 Where I'm headed next:
Disney & Universal, bachelorette trip to Savannah in August, our wedding in September, and our honeymoon at UNICO 20°87° after that. It’s a season y’all, and I’m soaking up every second.
☕ One thing people are surprised to learn about me:
Coffee is my love language. But under the caffeine, I’m a big ol’ softie. I’m loyal, family-focused, and always the one planning get-togethers (especially if there’s a Murder Mystery party involved—costumes mandatory).
