Just a reminder that Fall Fest is Saturday October 3rd from 9AM-3PM. We will be located in front of The Hair Artist on Water Street. We will have a free will donation bake sale and also selling fall/Christmas crafts. Hope to see you there!

Leaves are falling, and Sparta Area Chamber of Commerce Fall Fest is calling! 🍂

We are just a short time away from our favorite autumn tradition. Join us in downtown Sparta, WI on Water Street on October 3rd from 9 AM to 3 PM for a packed day of family fun and local shopping!

Grab a coffee from one of our local coffee shops, bring your tote bag, and come support our incredible local vendors and small businesses. We have an amazing lineup of activities for everyone this year:

🛍️ Shop Local: Browse unique crafts and goods from our local vendors along Water Street.
🚚 Food & Tunes: Grab a delicious bite at Food Truck Alley and enjoy live music as you stroll.
🥧 Fun & Games: Bring your appetite for the pie-eating contest or try your hand at pumpkin bowling!
🎈 Kids' Entertainment: Keep the little ones busy with the petting zoo, caricature artists, face painting, and a balloon artist.
🚜 Wagon Rides: Hop on a wagon ride down to for pumpkin painting.
🏪 We encourage you to explore and support all of Sparta’s local storefronts, eateries, and bars—not just those downtown, but across the entire Sparta area!

The fun doesn’t stop at 3 PM! Head over to Evans Bosshard Park starting at 5 PM for the community Chili Cook-Off and a cozy outdoor screening of The Sandlot. 🎬🥣

Sparta's Fall Fest is Saturday October 3rd from 9AM-3PM. This is going to be a wonderful time with lots of activities and vendors for all ages! Sparta, the holiday season is just around the corner, and Sparta Community Holiday Group needs your help to bring the magic to life! ✨

Do you love walking through Evans Bosshard Park, seeing the twinkling lights, and feeling the warmth of the holiday spirit? That beautiful display is built by the hands of our incredible community—and this year, it’s your turn to help us make the park shine!

The Sparta Community Holiday Lights group is calling on individuals, families, local groups, clubs, and schools to join their volunteer crew. Whether you're looking to spread some festive cheer or you're a student needing community service hours, they would love to have you.

Help Set Up the Magic:

Dates: Saturdays & Sundays (November 7th & 8th, 14th & 15th, 21st & 22nd)

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: Evans Bosshard Park 224 East Ave Sparta, WI 54656

Spread Holiday Cheer at Events:
They are also in need of individuals and groups to help collect donations and work concessions on Friday and Saturday nights from November 27th through December 26th.

Calling all volunteers! We are looking for volunteers to help with the setting up of the Holiday Lights . We will be working In Evans Bosshard Park Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9-12 starting November 7th for 3 weeks. We are also looking for individuals or groups to help with collecting donations and working concessions on Friday and Saturday nights November 27th through December 26th. Anyone interested should contact Joan Blixt at 269-4852. This is a great opportunity for students seeking community service hours or anyone interested in spreading some Holiday cheer!🎄

We had a very productive Saturday checking lights, rolling lights on spools and making repairs. Thank you very much to all the amazing volunteers! Also, here's a sneak peek to a couple of new displays for this year.

Eli Kemp and his family spend many hours volunteering in the park to help with setting up and taking down the Holiday Lights each year. If you are able to, please stop by and show him some support! Good luck Eli!

📢 Brats & Hot Dogs Sale! 🌭

Come support Eli Kemp's journey to the World’s Strongest Teen Competition in Florida! All proceeds go directly to helping him travel and compete in November at the Official Strongman Games.

📍 Where: Sparta Hansen's Market IGA

The grill will be run by Eli’s grandfather, Mike Kemp. You can also meet Eli’s family and members of the TOPS #1165 team.

We are truly grateful and humbled by your generosity and support at the Concert in the Park last night. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the music, purchased concessions and baked goods, and made donations to the Holiday Lights. Thank you to the amazing bakers who made the delicious treats for our sale. Thank you to Kwik Trip for donating the hamburger and hotdog buns for concessions. Thank you all for a wonderful evening. We are so blessed to have such an amazing community. 🎄
