What a fun conference—I'm so thankful to have been able to take advantage of this opportunity from Iowa Travel Industry Partners!

Applications are now open for the 2027 Elevate Iowa Tourism: Education Scholarship Program! 🎓

Professional development is an important investment, but finding room in the budget isn't always easy. Especially for smaller tourism organizations, the cost of attending a regional or national conference can put valuable learning opportunities out of reach.

That's where Elevate Iowa comes in! Administered by iTIP with funding from the Iowa Tourism Office (Iowa Economic Development Authority), the program has $40,000 available for 2027 scholarships. Awards can cover 60% of eligible conference registration and travel expenses, up to $2,250 per recipient.

This Sunday! 🚗

The 30th Annual Rodders Swap Meet is October 11 at the Clay County Fairgrounds. Come shop race cars & parts, motorcycles, side-by-sides, lawnmowers, snowmobiles, garage sale finds and more.

Gates open at 7 AM, rain or shine, and admission is only $5. Children under 12 get in free with a paid adult.

You never know what you might find!

Have some things taking up space in your garage, shop or basement? New this year, garage sales are welcome at the Rodders Swap Meet!

General admission is only $5. Outside vendor spaces are $25 and indoor spaces are $35. Traditional swap meet vendors are welcome too!

The 30th Annual Rodders Swap Meet is Sunday, October 11 at the Clay County Fairgrounds.

Scharnberg Park made the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of live music, good food and drinks, and plenty of time spent outside with friends.

Scharnberg Park was the place to be, with a great crowd, beautiful weather, and plenty of good times. It was awesome seeing everyone come out, enjoy the day, and make some memories together!

The Rodders Swap Meet is back for its 30th year!

Come see what you can find Sunday, October 11 at the Clay County Fairgrounds. Race cars & parts, motorcycles, side-by-sides, lawnmowers, snowmobiles, a car corral and more will all be part of this year’s event.

And new this year — garage sales are welcome!

Gates open at 7 AM, rain or shine. Admission is just $5, with children under 12 free with a paid adult.

A few snapshots from yesterday’s Airport Drags! 🏁

Thank you again to all of the racers and spectators who came out and supported the Black Knights Car Club and this charitable event. It was great to see such a good turnout!
