Short cruises are great for traveling with family and friends when you just can't take a whole week off. We've done lots of them just for a quick getaway. I am so happy that my friend, JW Henderson, had a wonderful experience on his Mediterranean cruise earlier this month! My clients invited a group of their friends to travel together to Alaska earlier this month on Holland America Noordam. The cruise itinerary included Whittier, Hubbard Glacier, Glacier Bay, Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan and Vancouver. One couple enhanced their trip with a pre-cruise land tour to Anchorage, Talkeetna and Denali that included an amazing train voyage to Whittier on the McKinley Explorer glass-domed train!
