After a year of running Florida Bella Villa as a short term rental, we are selling! After a year of running Florida Bella Villa as a short term rental, we are selling! Why? The people, it is just too much. We have all five star reviews - literally not one bad review after 14 months with fantastic occupancy numbers, the profit per month was around $5k/ month on average but we have realized short term rentals are not the business for us.
