If you’re in a good market, comparitive data to other STR's around you, what you should list your property at, estimated monthly income, etc… If you have a mixed use space and need a commercial tenant, we can help with that too.
- If your property is in need of rehab work, our construction management team can do everything from assess what you need, get bids for the work and manage your construction from start to finish. If you aren’t listing your property, and just have some home renovations that you need done – we can do that too!
- We have a designer on staff who can assist with finding the best layout for your space, work with you to determine the right aesthetic or decorate & furnish your space.
- If you don’t want to deal with the day to day aspects, we have a maintenance staff, cleaning crew and full communications department to handle the needs of your guests. You can utilize all of them or just the aspects that fit your specific needs. We also understand that travel is purpose driven.
