STL Home Watch Services, LLC of St. Louis, Missouri, has earned its seventh-year accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
The idea of STL Home Watch Services came to Joy and John Lapicki when Joy, a West County Realtor, observed a growing need among her peers. Many real estate agents struggled with properties left vacant and falling into disrepair. Realizing there was no dedicated Home Watch company in the area, Joy and John decided to fill this void. They established STL Home Watch Services, becoming the first accredited Home Watch company in St. Louis associated with the NHWA.
STL Home Watch Services collaborates with real estate agents to prepare properties for the market and supports traveling homeowners and estate executors. Their services provide peace of mind, ensuring homes are well cared for during the owners' absence. Joy and John understand the increased vulnerability of unoccupied properties to miscreant behavior and the potential for minor issues to escalate into major problems if not promptly detected. If an issue arises, Joy and John keep homeowners informed and can assist in arranging necessary repairs.
What sets STL Home Watch Services apart is its dedication to personalized service tailored to each homeowner’s unique needs. This commitment allows clients to enjoy their time away without worrying about their properties. Every team member at STL Home Watch Services is a Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) through the NHWA, placing them among the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. This certification underscores their expertise and commitment to excellence.
STL Home Watch Services operates in St. Louis County, covering areas such as, but not limited to: Chesterfield, Clayton, Des Peres, Frontenac, Kirkwood, Ladue, Sunset Hills, Town and Country, and Wildwood.
