We had a delightful time presenting at this year’s Mid-America Aerospace + Defense Summit in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Our VP of Energetics Business Unit, Matt Housh, participated in a panel discussion on building out facilities for the growth of aerospace and defense, something we know a lot about as we’ve just broken ground on our facility in Pittsburg, Kansas!

Did you know EaglePicher began 183 years ago? We started in 1842 as the White Lead Company in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We became a Joplin company over 100 years ago when we merged with Joplin’s Picher Lead Company. The rest is history, but we truly feel like we’re just getting started.

Jeff began his career with us 39 years ago as an engineer and retired as a Director of Product Development.

Employees have fond memories of working with Jeff over the years, stating he had unquestionable integrity and was a mentor and friend to all. We'll miss him a great deal!
