I found it absolutely enchanting to walk through the forests on the Camino. And so special to be reminded that pilgrims have been walking this beautiful trail for thousands of years.

We walked through Narnia, up hills, over rocks, along streams, past farms, through villages and cities. We walked past cows, horses, sheep and old men sitting on benches eager to greet pilgrims with “Buen Camino” a smile and wave. There were so many little miracles and memories that happen on the trail. All of us learned lessons, gained understanding and left things behind. For some it was one and done, for others like me I'm not done with the Camino and it's not done with me. Reach out if you have questions and would like to join my group for next September as we walk The French Way. (which is named as such since it begins in France, though we’ll start our journey on the trail in Sarria, Spain).

I'm always reminded that it's much easier to cancel than it is to add you to a fully booked resort, tour or flight. The Coco LaPalm always sells out about this time for the following January and this year is no exception.
There are 8 of us who have secured rooms for January, 4 of us have been to the CocoLaPalm Resort multiple times. I'll be watching for cancellations and if any rooms open up I'll be sure to post. Welcome Bob and Mary, they reserved the last room!

One of the memorable experiences that happened on my last Italian adventure began in Rome when I picking up a concert brochure in the hotel lobby.
Some of us ventured out to a nearby church that night to hear 3 Tenors...omg, we were in awe. So much so that when we arrived at our home base of Montecatini the first thing we did was to see what concerts were happening in town. So we went to hear another 3 Tenors in one of the most beautiful venues ever. I recently discovered that Treviso has quite a concert venue and there are some uniques performances I hope to see while we're there. Join me? This is the last week to sign up for our Northern Italy adventure!

Circling back to my number one destination in the world for food, authenticity, history and breathtaking scenery. This will be my 5th trip to Italy. Every trip is different, every day is special, every meal is an experience. If Italy is on your bucket list or like me you need a daily gelato fix, this is the adventure for you. Air from MSP is included in the cost. If you've priced air lately, it's as high as I've ever seen it. In my experience no one does Italy better than Collette.
Icing on the cake, we'll be based out of Treviso, unpack once. I'm a huge fan of the spotlight tours that offer a homebase in a lovely hotel.

Unpack once and take in the vineyards, villas, peaks, and prosecco of Veneto and Northern Italy.

One step at a time, our journey will begin in Madrid where we'll do two pre-nights to recover from our long overnight flight and get settled before we start our journey. We'll take the train from Madrid to the start of our Camino in Sarria, Spain. Hotels, breakfasts, several dinners and most transportation, our guide and luggage transfers are included. Not included air (it's a little early to book) insurance, meals not included, tips. (I spent about 200.00 total for extra's) I have 4 doubles and a very limited single rooms available. Hold your spot with a deposit is 250.00 with the balance due in July, 14th, 2027.

“The Camino provides”. You hear it on the trail all the time, and it is so true. There is so much I want to share, after I decompress a little. I really appreciate all the support, encouragement and love. And Our diverse group became friends then a traveling trail family.
