We often get asked if there are ever lots for sale around Shenandoah Woods. Here is a 6 acre lot recently divided from a larger parcel. The views shown here are from just above the trees and approximates the view you would have if you cleared a building site. The building site is about 60 feet above the road/field level. The view is to the east of Shenandoah National Park and Blue Ridge Mountains. The lot has some steep areas and one fairly level area that would be a great home site. The lot borders an old state road (not maintained) that would be your driveway and connects to Ida Road just 500 feet from Log Cabin Drive.
