🎯 LICENSING ALERT: Visiting Washington for waterfowl hunting? Here's what you MUST have before you hit the Skagit Valley marshes!

❌ Don't be the hunter who gets turned away by the game warden
✅ Get your paperwork sorted BEFORE your hunt

Out-of-state hunters especially need to pay attention:
• Non-resident hunting license
• Federal Duck Stamp (signed!)
• Washington Migratory Bird Permit and Authorization

• HIP Certification (it's FREE but required!)

Washington residents - you're not off the hook either! Same federal requirements plus your resident license.
