✨ Is anyone else looking at their calendar wondering how it’s already June?

Because if you’re anything like me, summer plans that felt so far away are suddenly right around the corner.

And maybe it’s just me…

But there’s something really special about a Disney trip right before summer comes to an end. ✨

Everyone talks about spring break.
Everyone talks about Christmas.
Everyone talks about summer.

But August quietly shows up with:

🏰 shorter waits than earlier in the summer
💦 pool days that still feel like peak vacation mode
🎃 the start of Halloween season
✨ and that weird little feeling that you’re squeezing every last drop out of summer

There’s just something magical about watching the kids have one more big adventure before backpacks, lunchboxes, and school drop-offs take over again.

If you’ve been thinking about a Disney or Universal trip this year, August is definitely worth considering.

If there’s one place I try to visit every trip, it’s Nomad Lounge at Animal Kingdom ✨

Tucked away right outside Pandora, it somehow feels like you’ve discovered a little hidden gem in the middle of the park.

Give me a comfy chair, the view of Discovery River, an order of the Tiffins bread service, and those churros with vanilla cream dipping sauce and I am happy 😍

There’s just something about the atmosphere here. The music, the views, the food, the drinks… it all feels a little different from anywhere else at Walt Disney World.

And honestly? If you find yourself in Animal Kingdom with a little time to spare, put your name on the waitlist. You might just find your new favorite Disney spot too. 🌿✨

✨ Disney this summer feels very “core memory coded” and I can’t explain it any other way 🥹💛

Not just because of the rides or the parks…

But because Disney is adding SO many experiences for families right now:
💙 Bluey in Animal Kingdom
🎸 Muppets in Hollywood Studios
🌎 Soarin’ Over America returning
🎭 more entertainment and interactive shows for littles
☀️ longer summer park hours
💦 resort pool afternoons
✨ late night fireworks and snacks after dark

And honestly?
You do NOT need a huge week-long vacation to experience the magic.

A quick Disney weekend can still mean:
🏰 walking into your resort lobby and instantly feeling excited
🍿 letting the kids stay up too late for fireworks
💫 making memories that somehow stick forever

At this point, my Disney park strategy is basically built around coffee stops ☕️✨

If you know me, you already know I’m never saying no to a good Disney coffee… especially these:

☕️ The Black Caf Cold Brew with extra cream cheese
☕️ Frozen Viking Coffee with Baileys in EPCOT
☕️ The Frozen Toffee Flight from Joffrey’s at the Skyliner hub
☕️ Coconut Iced Coffee from Kusafiri in Animal Kingdom

And honestly? They’re all completely different vibes depending on the park day 😂

Animal Kingdom coffee just hits different early in the morning.
The Frozen Viking Coffee feels like an EPCOT day treat.
And the Toffee Flight after hopping on the Skyliner? Elite behavior honestly.

Little things like this are what make Disney trips feel extra magical to me ✨ Not just the rides… but the snack stops, the coffee runs, the slow moments in between everything too.

Just booked the C family for their very first visit to Walt Disney World and they’ll be staying at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort in a Theme Park View room 🌺✨
Morning coffee with castle views and ending the night watching Happily Ever After right from their resort… honestly such an incredible way to experience Disney for the very first time 🥹🏰

And this booking was actually a transfer! 🤍
A little reminder that if you already booked your Disney vacation but realized you want help along the way… it’s not too late! As long as your trip isn’t paid in full and was booked within the last 30 days, it can usually be transferred to a travel planner so you still get all the planning help, dining assistance, promo monitoring, and support along the way ✨

Honestly… Disney is really going all out this summer and I feel like people are sleeping on just HOW much is coming at once 👀✨

✨ New entertainment is arriving at Hollywood Studios
✨ Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Live! officially opens
✨ The Muppets are taking over Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster 🎸
✨ Soarin’ Over California is coming back to EPCOT 🇺🇸
✨ GoofyCore is BACK 🥳
✨ New Toy Story fun is coming to Magic Kingdom 🤠
✨ FREE water park admission for Disney resort guests on check-in day 💦
✨ Summer-only entertainment and characters popping up all over Disney World ☀️

And between the entertainment, limited-time experiences, special ticket offers, free water park perk, and all the extra magic… this really feels like one of those summers everyone is going to be talking about 🥹✨

There’s just something about sitting on Main Street with the castle right in front of you that never gets old.
The background music, the people watching, the excitement all around you… it’s the kind of magic you can actually feel. 🥹

And honestly? This is your reminder to stop rushing from ride to ride sometimes. Sit down. Grab the snack. Take the picture. Soak in the atmosphere. Those are usually the moments that end up meaning the most later on. ✨

Some people go to relax at the beach… I sit on Main Street USA with fries from Casey’s and heal emotionally 🤭🍟🏰

✨ Wanting to stay within a certain budget
Disney looks different for every family, and my job is finding the magic that works for YOUR family… not convincing you to overspend.

Resorts, dining, park plans, cruises, dates… it happens ALL the time. I’d rather tweak things along the way than have you settle for something that doesn’t feel right.
