Yoga Nidra Workshop
Jacques Marchais Museum of Tibetan Art
Sunday, May 24 at 10am

This workshop offers guidance to connect with your true self and cultivate a deeper understanding of who you are. It invites participants to release limiting thoughts, open to personal growth, and deepen their spiritual connection.

During this Yoga Nidra and Reiki session, participants will lie down in Shavasana and be guided through stages of deep rejuvenation. While in a deeply relaxed state, visualization exercises will help plant the seeds of intention to align with your higher values. As the practice deepens, the brain transitions to the theta wave state, an altered state of consciousness and gateway to the subconscious mind. Moving further into the delta state supports physiological healing and restoration.

Register now!

A guided meditation through Yoga Nidra and personal Reiki scan. Admission $40 // $35 members
