Disneyland has some exciting news! Starting January 27, 2023, they will be celebrating 100 years of the Disney company by decorating the Disneyland Resort in platinum and opening their newest attraction months early! Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway (one of Land of the Mouse's favorites from Walt Disney World) will welcome guests in January! We're excited to see the new scenes, and to be there on the opening day of this celebration!

98° at Disneyland today! My goodness it's warm!

On days like this I shop, shop, shop! I also head to the Animation Academy. There's lots to do in this hidden gem, including great conversations with Crush, learning how to draw your favorite characters, seeing animation in action, and early concepts from Disney movies both new and old.

And, of course, lots of water and ice cream!

It's a great day for the rapids! Just be ready to get soaked! It's been 90 minutes and I still have wet shorts. 😂

Recently, I was pricing out a vacation for a family of 4. They thought the only place they could stay was on-site in a Disney hotel, and that they had to buy tickets through Disney itself. Nope! There off-site hotels with similar amenities that are just as close (some even closer) to the main gates!
