We our excited to announce our partnership with Peak Sherpa Tsampa!! This is one of our favorite backpacking breakfasts, hands down! Peak Sherpa Tsampa will be a featured breakfast and snack option at our upcoming Wellness Retreat in Panama December 8th-12th!

Here's our go to RECIPE for backpacking trips or even for a quick, healthy, on the go breakfast:
-1/2 cup dry coconut Tsampa
-2 tbsp. chia seed
-1 scoop protein powder (our choice is grass fed whey isolate for the creaminess--but totally up to you!)
-1 tsp coconut oil
*optional* 1 tsp goji berries

We have found this combination not only tastes good, but it gives you the fuel you need for the day whether your backpacking or at home. Give it a try and let us know what you think!

Check out our first batch of apparel! Our pieces are made out of environmentally conscientious materials, are 100% organic cotton, hand printed with non-toxic water based inks, and they are soft and comfy too!

With every purchase a donation will be made to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to help protect the habitats of our beloved elephants :)
