Still the best view to be had! We still have a long, long way to go. Our condos are not renting,YET! But we are clawing our way back. Remember rental slips are available! It’s really great to see activity on our dock. And are keeping up with our appearance 😊

Sunset Place Resort is taking boat slip reservations for the 2026 scallop season. Accommodating boats up to 25 feet. Nightly rate includes water & electric. There is a covered fish cleaning station with fans. Locked gate which requires code for entrance. The main phone number is hit or miss as far as working. That number is 352-498-0860. Two weekends of back breaking hard work to cleanup the grounds of Sunset Place Resort Condominiums.

Anyone who thinks the owners of Sunset only care about owning their condos for rental income are very mistaken. The current owners and past owners LOVE our slice of paradise and care very much about Steinhatchee!

Electricity was only recently restored and owners got on it!

We don’t know when we will be restored. Still waiting on insurance 😩. But WE WILL!! Sunset Place Resort Condos
