Slips are available to rent. $20.00 nightly. Week and month long rates available during NON SCALLOP SEASON. Scallop season $40.00 per night. Call 352-498-0860 to make a reservation. Electric, water, locked gate (requires code) fish cleaning house with lights and fans. No condos yet, but hoping repairs start soon! Sunset Place

Our slips are now available to rent!Daily, weekly, monthly. Rates are as follows:
NON SCALLOP SEASON
Daily-$20.00
Weekly- $120.00
Monthly - $450.00

SCALLOP SEASON
Daily - $40.00
There will no weekly or monthly option during scallop season.

WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY SCALLOP SEASON RESERVATIONS YET! We hope to be able to take those requests by the first of May. We will post that information, and have it on our website when we are ready to take them.

We cannot guarantee parking for trucks and trailers on SPR property. You may have to park at the public parking area. Do NOT park in the parking lot across the street. That belongs to Roy’s Restaurant.

Boats length is limited to 25ft.. We cannot accommodate larger boats.

There is no online booking at this time. You will need to call or email for reservations.

Boat slips will be assigned by number. Our slips have electricity and water. The fish cleaning station has water, electric, lighting and fans.

Renters will be given a code to enter the gate. We ask that it remain locked at all times. The area is well lit at night, but renters are responsible for their boats and all items on their boats or the dock.

If the phone is not answered when you call, please leave a message. Patience please! We will return your call but it may be the next business day. Emails are a great option!

Over due for a post from Sunset Place. We are down but for sure WE WILL BE BACK! We are experiencing the same problems so many are, so no need to go there. We have amazing owners who love our slice of paradise and Steinhatchee. Great news our dock is almost 100% repaired. More on that to come. In the meantime, we continue to work hard toward our goal of getting reopened . Patience and persistence will pay off. In the meantime, Steinhatchee Strong!
