Sight fishing Jr Tarpon on fly in the mangroves isn't for the weary! Accurate casts paired with close quarter combat in tight spaces can really test the angler. Cali getting it done on a beautiful fall day here in Key West!

Fun day hunting these black-finned devils! We missed on a few opportunities, and they definitely made us work for it, but persistence paid off in the end with this beauty. Gotta love the emotional roller coaster that is permit fishing!

These Jr. Goliaths bring some serious attitude! A whole lot of power packed into a smaller fish. Always a good time whether fishing live bait or artificials in the Key West backcountry!

Shelley with the Summer Slam!! What started off as a “sport fishing/ see where the day goes” trip ended with a Key West Slam. We hunted hard and had scarce opportunities, but we made the most of them. Luck is when preparation meets opportunity and that’s exactly what this day was

Tarpon Season 2K26 Wrapped & Splashed ⚡️

Just some of the highlights caught on video from this season!

Thank you to everyone who spent time on the water with me this Spring, and a special thank you to all my repeat anglers for coming back year after year. I truly appreciate the support.

We had days when everything went right and days that made us work for every bite, but I can honestly say we never had a bad day.

See all of you Tarpon junkies for the 2027 season.

Making family memories... Some of my favorite memories come from time spent fishing with family and friends. Many are more than 20 years old, yet we still talk and laugh about them like they happened yesterday. Through guiding, I get to help others create experiences that become lifelong memories, moments they’ll still be sharing and smiling about 20 years from now.
