-------------------Just returned from 9 nights in stunning Portugal where I visited the panoramic city of Lisbon and the 16th Century fortification and UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE sit, Belem Tower, the embarkation point for sailing by Portuguese Explorers like Magellan and Vasco da Gama, and enjoyed its lovely waterfront and multiple historic sites. I enjoyed the picture perfect city of Obidos and its medieval walls and Roman aquaduct, the coastal hub of Portuguese Kings, Sintra, before heading south to the Algarve with its mild temperatures and beaches which attract visitors from all over the world. I enjoyed the town of Legos with its Moorish and Renaissance influences and lovely harbor.

I highly recommend a visit to Portugal for anyone who enjoys history, dramatic vistas and vibrant coastal villages. I would enjoy discussing my trip with anyone whom may be adding Portugal to their 2020 travel list and planning the perfect journey for you.
