; 15 minutes from I 495 in Bolton and 15 minutes from I 290 in Hudson. The convenient location of Parker Cottages of Lake Boon allows for a complete get-away vacation, or a simple shift of home base; allowing you to go off to work in the morning and arrive home to a vacation every night, leaving you the weekend as a bonus! Lake Boon is in eastern Massachusetts and it covers about 163 acres. The lake’s borders are shared by the towns of Stow and Hudson, Massachusetts. It was originally named Boon Pond after Matthew Boon, an explorer from Charlestown, Massachusetts who came to the area in 1660. Grocery stores, shopping centers, apple orchards, seasonal farm stands and the Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge are close by. Four golf courses are within a 5 mile range.
