I’m putting the finishing touches on their itinerary by adding the remaining transfers and a few memorable experiences—including a cooking class. 👩‍🍳

A well-planned trip needs enough structure to make sure you see what you traveled all that way to experience, plus enough free time to follow the sound of music into a pub and stay longer than intended. 🍻🎶

My job is to make everything flow so the group can enjoy the trip instead of standing around asking, “Wait…who booked the transfer?” 😂

Behind the scenes: Italy for nine! 🇮🇹✈️

I’m putting the finishing touches on a group trip that includes Rome, Sorrento, Capri and the Amalfi Coast. The final excursions and transfers are being added, travel documents are nearly complete, and everyone will have an app link that keeps the entire itinerary conveniently in one place. 📱🗺️

Once everything has passed my final review, their trip packages will be heading to the mailbox. 📦

Coordinating nine travelers means making sure a lot of moving pieces work together—but the finished trip should feel easy for them. The spreadsheet behind it, however, has seen some things. 😂

Today’s desk view: Yellowstone! 🦬🏔️

I’m completing the final walkthrough of my clients’ trip—double-checking their route, tour times, accommodations, transportation and all the little details that need to work together once they arrive. 🗺️✅

Their documents are almost ready, and I’m finishing this travel care package before sending everything on its way. 📦✈️

Booking a vacation is only the beginning. The real work is making sure every piece fits together so my clients can enjoy the experience without worrying about what comes next.

I can’t control the bison traffic, but the rest of the trip will be organized. 😂🦬
