🤖 Patrick County Parks & Recreation invites you to a magical summer evening under the stars on Saturday, August 23 at Mountain Top Park in Meadows of Dan, VA! This week’s feature is The Wild Robot!

🎞️ About the Movie:
Based on the beloved children’s book, The Wild Robot is a heartwarming adventure about Roz, a robot who finds herself stranded on a remote island. As she learns to adapt, survive, and care for the wild animals she meets, Roz discovers the true meaning of friendship, family, and belonging. ✨ The 71st Annual Patrick County Fair is just around the corner — September 9–13, 2025 — and we can already smell the funnel cakes and hear the laughter drifting through the crisp fall air! 🎡

Hosted by the Rotary Club of Stuart VA, this beloved Patrick County tradition is where memories are made — from cheering friends on at the livestock shows to waving from the top of the ferris wheel and bumping into neighbors over a plate of fried Oreos. As the leaves start to turn, the fairgrounds come alive with small-town magic, bright lights, and pure joy.
