The U.S. State Department’s decision to lower Jamaica’s travel advisory is a powerful affirmation of what travelers, travel advisors, and locals have always known: Jamaica is one of the safest, most vibrant, and genuinely welcoming destinations in the world. 🇯🇲

Jamaica has captured hearts with its natural beauty, but it’s our people who make it unforgettable. Their warmth, resilience, and pride in sharing their home are what keep guests coming back, again and again.

While the previous advisory never reflected the visitor experience, it had a real impact on farmers and fishermen, artisans and entertainers, taxi drivers and tour guides...real people whose livelihoods depend on travelers.
