Racine will be hosting the Tour of America's Dairyland Monument Square Grand Prix Bike Race on Friday, June 19! ๐Ÿšด The event is free to attend for spectators.

The Tour of Americaโ€™s Dairyland is the largest competitive road cycling series in the U.S. It hosts 11 straight days of racing throughout Southeast Wisconsin (June 18-28) and Racine is hosting for the first time on day #2!

SAVE THE DATE ๐Ÿ–๏ธ See the most exciting event on the water this year at North Beach! Racers from across the United States will bring their best jetskis and fastest times to race on our Lake Michigan closed course during the Great Lakes Watercross on August 1-2.

There are race classes from juniors (children) through masters (age 50+). Racing starts at 11:00 a.m. This event is FREE to attend. Enjoy your day at the beach and experience a truly awesome event!

We are two weeks away from Racine HarborFest returning June 12-13 with two days of live music on two stages at Festival Park along the shores of Lake Michigan. Expect an action-packed weekend and a celebration of community! ๐ŸŽถ

Event proceeds will benefit Pink Paddling Power (provides education and support for breast cancer survivors throughout the Racine community) and Relay For Life of Southeast Wisconsin (supports and celebrates cancer survivors and caregivers).

In 2003, more than 2,000 volunteers came together to build Kids Cove Playground at North Beach in Racine. This year, Leadership Racine helped to complete an important piece of unfinished history.

On Saturday, May 30 from 12-4 p.m., join the City of Racine, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department at Kids Cove Playground for the unveiling of eight newly painted art murals, a scavenger hunt, face painting, summer swag bag, food and drinks, and more. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12:45 p.m. FREE admission.
