Hey friends! Yes!! This is a small portion. Of Magic Kingdom’s new nighttime parade “Starlight”! It’s so exciting to have a nighttime parade back in the MK, and it is beautiful!’ As now, August 9th, there are two times for the parade, which run at 9 and 11, with the 10pm fireworks happening in between the two parades. The first parade was cancelled due to rain, but the 2nd went off without a hitch! I’m glad we waited!

If you know anything about Disney cruises, you know that they are POPULAR! The other fact that is known about Disney cruises is that their service is fantastic, and thanks to the internet, you probably also know that Disney is NOT JUST FOR KIDS ANYMORE! Antigua is located in the Atlantic hurricane belt, so yes, it can be affected by hurricanes, but it’s not hit often. Here’s what you should know:

📅 Hurricane Season runs from June to November, with the highest chance of storms in August and September. That said, direct hits on Antigua are rare, and the island is well-prepared with safety protocols and strong infrastructure.

💡 Pro Travel Tip: If you’re looking to travel during those months, I always recommend travel insurance for peace of mind and flexibility—just in case the weather changes.

🌤️ Want to avoid hurricane season altogether? Plan your trip between December and May, when the weather is dry, sunny, and absolutely perfect for beach hopping and adventure.
