Because of my accident in April, I have fallen really behind on my own home projects and havent been able to help others. I am so sorry. I still can't climb ladders and I don't know how long that will last.

My own projects consist of laying groute, pressure wash, paint inside and outside, getting a car ready to sell. Home ownership has great responsibility and the honey-do list never ends!!! Especially as a single parent recovering from the injury I sustained.

Wood:
Patios, Porches, etc – Pressure wash, Sand, Stain – Polyurethane coat is optional but recommended!
Yards:
Mow, Edging, Trimming, Pruning, Remove W**ds, Hedge Shaping, W**d Eating, Paver/Retaining Wall/Border additions, Planting/Removing, anything else just ask!

Homes 1 story only (had a bad fall and spooked now to climb on a roof)
Pressure wash siding, gutters and downspouts – Also can touch up house paint/trim and re-caulk joints

Interior Design:
Have dull boring rooms or tired of the same layout?? I am reputable with my designs and work, and affordable (I use what you have and contribute ideas)!!! This includes painting!

Other:
Computer Drafting architecturally/interior designs are available!

Legal:
If you have evidence such as numbers or layout forms for the Judge/Commissioner, we can sit down and put those together. I have handled several Family Court cases with spread sheets and supplying evidence in a clear layout for cases of all levels! Civil Suits are only related to small claims and escalating to superior court. – if you have further questions please ask!

Contracted to start a job this weekend doing what I love most. Renovating and remodeling. I will post before and after pictures, this is going to be so much fun. Stay tuned.

My master bathroom renovation is almost completed and I will be submitting before and after pictures asap. I just have to finish staining some of the wood on the vanity and door jam trim.
