Hi, we added ALot more soffit ventilation to this house, by drilling large holes in the existing wood soffits, installing furring strips, vented white vinyl soffits, caulking against the house and garage, Aluminum fascia, 6" gutters, larger downspouts. Hope ur all doing well. Didn't know if u would b interested I trying to rally a lot of people to go to a town meeting, to try to get them to get this grant. The town can get up to a $350,000 rehab grant for owner occupied homes, up to $25,000 per home, roofs, Ada accessibility, water heater, HVAC, electrical. Etc. The town would have to chip in 10%. It goes off ur income, and points. I thought we were put on this earth to help one another. I would love to help people who need things done , but can't afford themselves.
