This week went smoothly and we are settling into our new spaces quite nicely. That was until the cruise line decided to drop a bomb and bump one of our favorite clients off their cruise just 2 days before departure. What a shock to us all! Each of our agents have over 20 years in the business and some over 30. Not one of us has ever had this happen. We can only think that there is a very good reason why our friends should not be on that cruise. The good news is that they will have all of their money refunded and more. We already have them rebooked on a cruise leaving in 10 days. What challenge will present itself next week?!

The first week at our new location was a successful one. Lots of activity while meeting our new co-workers. My first challenge was on Tuesday making airline reservations on Sabre--the airline booking engine. Worked with Sabre language for the first 12 years in the business but that was 17 years ago. Surprise! It comes back pretty easily. We saw many of our clients in the new office the first week. Excited to see who stops by to say hello this week. See you soon at Ford's World Travel!

Just a few things left to remove from the Greenway location. What a job! We are tired but excited to get ready for the coming week in our new location with new associates. Organizing!

Bell Travel is moving! Today, 9/1/17 will be our last day at Greenway Terrace location. Wow! We have been here since 2001. We make the change with eager anticipation of what is ahead as well as with sadness for leaving behind what was.
For over 32 years Bell Travel has been prominent in our community and a name you could trust for your travel needs. As we join Ford's World Travel starting 9/5/17, that will continue. Your favorite agent will be available to continue handling all of your travel needs. Bell Travel is not going away just changing where we will be. Our email addresses and local phone number will remain valid for ease of contact. We hope to see you at our new location.

I have sailed on the AmaSerena in this cabin type. These cabins have plenty of space for two people to move around quite comfortably, often better than many ocean cruise vessels. Bell Travel is working on plans for 2017...

The Diamond Princess will Penney Edwards' destination in March 2017 sailing round-trip from Singapore. She is so excited about her first venture to Asia!
