One of the special things about the Red Oak Retreat is the wildlife that you may see during your stay here.

Nestled in a quiet cove, with woods to the front and the lake in the back, yet close to everything LOTO has to offer, we have the best of both worlds at this wonderful property.

We would have to add Lake House 13, just two minutes by water and ten minutes by land from The Red Oak Retreat, to this list for casual dining.

Nothing is better than family time at the lake. We are currently hosting a wonderful bunch at The Red Oak Retreat for their annual vacation together. Grandma & Grandpa, kids and grandkids.

“The people who own this property have to be some of the nicest people on the lake (coming down 25 years)..I highly recommend renting from Carol and Scott.. my family is here right now and we are enjoying the heck of their wonderful home ...thank you Carol and Scott!!!!”

Our family just had another beautiful stay at our favorite lake “happy place”, the Red Oak Retreat. We are repeat visitors because this isn’t your standard rental. The house is so well maintained and stocked - the kitchen is freshly remodeled. The cove is quiet but convenient to amenities and restaurants. The kids LOVE watching the ducks and cranes from the dock, lily pad, and kayaks. All you need to bring is your swimsuit to have a great stay at the lake! We’ll be back!
