Recognized National Volunteer Week with a special message and gift for our amazing volunteers! ❤️

We made wildflower seed pods on Earth Day! Used torn up scrap papers, water and seeds. When planted, recycled paper will disintegrate, flowers will grow and our pollinators will be happy! 🌼🌸🐝

Our Rainbow of Friends dinner included a "special message to our volunteers"! They are fundamental to the support and mentorship given to our members. We are deeply grateful for each and every one of them.

A Rainbow of Friends refers to the differences among us all at The Next Stop. We believe those differences contribute to our positive, supportive environment! For our finale, the members used sign language to express the sentiments in a song favorite -- "It's a Wonderful World".

Friday evening our members hosted our annual family and friends' lasagna dinner themed "A Rainbow of Friends at The Next Stop". A wonderful time celebrating our members and then volunteers! Sharing some family and staff-taken photos....more to come!
