Hot as a firecracker today. Fished a couple of hours, was slow........until we had a double hookup on these big nasties, we turned them loose to breed.

Took Tonja out for a couple of hours of fishing today. Hot as blazes!! Managed to get a few keepers anyway.

Got out of the house for about 3 hours today. Father Time is kicking my butt. Got out on the open gulf and it was white capping. Headed to one of my cove holes and turned out a great decision. Wasn't fast and furious but good quality fish. Released a few rat reds in the process.

Didn't fish long Sunday but too nice a day to not go. Didn't find much either in the creeks nor on the flats but we got some nice quality ones that we did get in the two hours we fished. Water is warming up and the fish are on the move out of the creeks. It's confused times once again.

Weather was perfect in Suwannee paradise today. The redfish were chewing, but no idea where the trout, black drum, and sheepshead disappeared off to No matter, great day on the water. Caught and released more than 20 reds. Stopped taking photos at 3 nice ones, and missed a monster.

Fun day with Terry, Pat, and Riley from Alachua. Limits of redfish, speckled trout, a couple of spanish and black drum. Really nice people!
