Duchess and Me

Good morning Duchess and Me has been quiet for a while. We have been very depressed because the last few weeks was anniversary of my oldest son death and also the anniversary when 2nd oldest son became ill an almost died as well. My 3rd son anniversary of passing away is coming up in April. So needless say we have been very depressed and could not leave the sofa. We managed to get up and set in front of this computer this morning. How long will it last please pray for us.

What I would like to do is just find me an Astro Van that I can afford which is not much. Since I had to pay all my son funeral. And my 2nd son medical transportation back an forth from his doctors appt. I have maxed out all my credit cards and my bank account is empty. I only have one vehicle and he needs to get to his Doctor visit. He had a least 6 surgical procedure.

If i could just get Astro Van I would turn DIY it into a caravan so I could get away on the weekend. I can not take the only vehicle we have an go away for the weekend my son may have emergency and need the vehicle. We live in the country and takes 30 min to get hospital. For EMC could take at least 60 min or more for them to arrive. With our one only vehicle at home could be different between him living and dying.

Astro Van DIY caravan will allow me to get away. Since I can not afford hotel fees. I could sleep in the van maybe I could save enough money to purchase gas so I can getaway once a month.

But oh well that's just a dream. Lord Help...

Well good morning, Duchess and Me has had a busy week. We admitted Duchess brother, my son into the hospital for a surgical procedure that did not go well. I think I have mention and duchess has already lost(died) 2 brothers and father over the pass 4 years. Now we are worried about her last brother, please pray for him to make through this. Our finances has been stretch to end with all trips back and forth to the hospital, funeral services and all the other expenses that goes with illness and death. Not mention our economy such right now and everything is so expensive.

Oh by the way the picture of Duchess and Me was only taken a year ago. So do not think I am trying to pull a fast one. Because I am not. These are recent.

This morning we are just getting started to work. Which was not good. Because we need to make a little money to survive this depression that our World has fallen into. You know if you enter the stores you can rarely find what you went there for so you must substitute something else, which I hate.
When you become little age your life will change drastically. Usually not for the best and you income will not support you. You either starve to death, move into your car until you can do better or God forbid move in with your older children. Well I am not one for starving so Duchess and Me decided to work to survive this depression. But as for as moving into the your Car, don't turn your nose up on that. I looking forward to DIY a Caravan of some kind into week RV. Just because I need to get away. Living the Kids, Love them to death but needs some me time.
I am 70 soon be 71 I am still working and operating my own company. I know that there are very few elderly on Facebook trying to work. Most are afraid of the internet or to sick to work. Not to brag on myself, until this day I am glad I was able to teach myself how to use computers, the internet and other electronics. No I did not take classes I used Dummies for computers, internet and Dummies for everything else as well. I am very glad I did.
Well that's enough for today maybe I will come back to tomorrow or some other day.
