The Cottage is situated approximately 50 yards behind our 1827 historic home that were restoring back to its original beauty. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. The cottage is within walking distance of a great little downtown that has several eating establishments, a creamery for ice cream and a coffee shop for that early morning pick- me- up or a lazy afternoon. In fact, there are several coffee shops in town (we suggest Sweet & Salty eatery on the south side of town).
We are generally on the property, easily accessible to our guests and love to socialize should you wish to.
We are Airbnb Superhosts which means that we are a highly rated location and are committed to providing exceptional stays for our guests AND their pets. Yes, we are pet friendly! Our backyard between our home and the cottage is fenced should you want to let your pet roam a bit unencumbered by a leash. The area around us is also very easy to navigate should you decide to take morning or evening walks. You can also just walk the perimeter of our 3 acres which equals a 1/4 mile loop.
