So I realize a lot of the sugar-free stuff isn’t that great for you but every once in a while you want something sweet. As a diabetic, sometimes it’s hard to find stuff like this. Anyways, I found they have these at Speedway on Court Street. I don’t even like slushies but thought I’d share since me the other people that can’t have sugar do!!

So here’s a tidbit. I was researching air for a client from Syracuse to North Carolina. And yes, it’s usually cheaper out of larger airports then medium airports, etc. etc. so I researched Rochester Buffalo Wilkes barre -Scranton, etc.. They all seem to be around the same price, Buffalo being a little bit cheaper than the rest. so then of course i check the larger airports within driving distance , Philadelphia and Baltimore. Anyways, I did go to a few of the smaller airports and I actually found one that was cheaper than all, but Baltimore and Philadelphia…Ithaca!!! and I thought why ? Because there are two large colleges there and depending on where the flights are going sometimes you can get cheaper flights out of smaller cities, but all depends on location. 1
