Simply irresistible! Try Alaska smoked sockeye salmon on a salad with Maple Bourbon Bacon dressing. Or, on pasta with a nice smoky thick sauce. 😋

Smoky Bourbon Cream Sauce 🔥

The Base: Sauté minced shallots and garlic in butter until soft.

The Bourbon: Pour in 2 ounces of bourbon wh***ey off the heat, then simmer until reduced by half to cook off the harsh alcohol.

The Smoke: Stir in heavy cream and a tiny splash of liquid smoke or a pinch of smoked paprika to enhance the wood-smoked notes.

The Finish: Toss in the pasta, then gently fold in your smoked salmon and fresh cracked black pepper right at the end so the fish doesn't overcook. 😋🤠
