It’s LOCK-IN SEASON!! But let’s make it the Perimenopause Edition because I just no longer have wake up at “4am and crush it” energy.

I posted a video of my own lock-in framework as an almost 50 year old respecting that I am at a different stage of my life so “going hard” has to look a lot different for me.

It’s been a whole week since the first show and I haven’t been able to move on! Haven’t listened to anything else but Jay-Z since I left Yankee Stadium on the 3rd night (technically the 4th morning 😂) Jay got me in a trance. I know it’s not just me.

I felt the universe owed me tickets to see Jay Z after having given away tickets to one of his shows years ago and also having to gift my tickets to see his wife on her Renaissance tour due to my daughter being hospitalized.

I’m so focused on paying off debt and I couldn’t let HOV himself deter me from the goal

Folks commented letting me know there were still tickets on sale. I was VERY adamant that I wanted them to be FREE

This was the first thing I saw when I woke up just 3 days later!

What’s wild is, months ago, I had DECIDED I would get free tickets and was still in disbelief it happened!

You know how our parents used to say “I can do bad by myself” well I can also have a damn good time by myself!

I wouldn’t really consider myself “into” manifestation but when I think about it, there are many things I decided would happen in my life both good and bad, and they happened. Maybe I’m a Manifestation girl now, lol.

Also, the person who gifted me the ticket was someone to whom I had previously gifted a ticket to a NYE event. Good deeds.
