Construction is coming along on the house. Closing should be in July and we should have rental opportunities starting August 2021.

The build of this property should be completed by mid July. We should have it ready for rental by mid to late August. I will have it listed soon on VRBO and AirBnb- in time for Football 🏈 at the Lake!

The White Bay House is currently Under Construction at The Village at Kowalgia Bay. It should be completed by Mid-Summer and ready for Vacation Rental in Mid-August. It will be ready in time to enjoy the lake and also enjoy an Auburn Football Game. The house is a 3 Bed/2 Bath home with a dining room. Look for it on both VRBO and on AirBnB.
