Do you love taking pictures of the Tamaqua area? Then we have a contest for you!

The Tamaqua Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the return of our **2026 "For the LOVE of Tamaqua" Photo Contest**.

We're looking for photographs that capture everything that makes our community special—from beautiful landscapes and historic buildings to local events, wildlife, seasonal scenery, and the everyday moments that make the Tamaqua area such a great place to live, work, and visit.

Whether you're an experienced photographer or simply enjoy taking pictures with your phone, we encourage you to participate.

Here's what you need to know:

• Submit up to 5 photos
• Photos must be taken within the Tamaqua Area School District
• Photos must have been taken after **September 1, 2025**
• Entries are due by **September 1, 2026**
• Email your photos to [email protected]
• Be sure to include **"Photo Contest"** in the subject line of your email.
• A completed entry form must accompany all submissions.

Many of the photos we receive are featured throughout the year on our website, social media, publications, tourism materials, and other Chamber promotions, helping us showcase everything there is to love about the Tamaqua area.
