There is no master key for achieving your fitness goals. Our bodies are very different from one another which requires us to do different stuff to achieve similar results. You must test and evaluate eating habits, lifting frequencies, and rest intervals to see what works best for you. There are no universal methods that just work perfect for everyone.

There is no such thing as bad micronutrients. Carbs, proteins, and fats all serve its purpose for the body. Carbs don't directlt make you fat an excess of carbs will make you fat. The same goes with fat. Fat doesn't make you fat, and excess of fat makes you fat. A balanced diet is the best place to start and tracking data and adjusting to see what works best for your body.
