Congratulations to our October Member of the Month, Camelback Resort!
Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA, invites locals and guests to celebrate fall in the Pocono Mountains with its inaugural Fall Fest, running every Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday in October. A highlight is the new 18-hole Miniature Golf Course, opening September 27. Families can enjoy activities such as pumpkin carving, pumpkin bowling, a mini corn maze, and a craft tent. S’mores and cozy fire pits add to the festive atmosphere, while live music and entertainment ensure Instagram-worthy moments throughout the weekends.
Special events include the Halloween Movie on the Mountain on October 12, featuring Monsters, Inc., and the 4th Annual Camelback Howl O’Ween Doggie Parade on October 19, where pets can compete in fun categories like Best in Show and Owner/Pet Look-a-Like.
After-Dark Adventures takes place every Friday and Saturday evening, perfect for thrill-seekers looking for mountain excitement. Guests can purchase tickets online to experience adrenaline-pumping activities such as zooming down 1,000-foot ziplines, twisting and turning on Pennsylvania’s only Mountain Coaster, and racing downhill with Sunbowl Tubing.
Seasonal food and drinks complete the experience, with offerings such as pumpkin-spiced Old Fashioneds, mulled wine, mac & cheese, and caramel apples. Guests can dine at Berrelli’s Italian Chophouse or grab comfort food from the Trails Tent, while the Tap Trailer serves Barley Creek’s Pumpkin Ale and spiked hot cider. Parking is complimentary.
