I am pleased to announce that a group of fellow runners and I will embark on an outreach mission to Cuba on September 4th. Our mission involves running 10K to the Christ Statue in Havana, Cuba, where we will donate backpacks filled with essential supplies to a Baptist House Church, supporting Pastor Williams' congregation. Having traveled to Cuba numerous times over the past 15 years, this trip marks my 26th visit. If you are interested in contributing to this effort, please message me. We are collecting basic items such as toiletries, school supplies, children's clothing, and encouraging postcards. A small cash donation will also be provided. Thankfully, my immediate family has been supportive in this aspect of the mission. Above all, please pray for the mission's success. Prayers are the most valuable gift of all.

Metric Century Tour next Saturday, November 2nd, 2024. Will leave Coral Shores High School at 8 AM and ride to No Name Pub for 62 miles. Will have 12 passenger support van. After lunch at No Name Pub, we will drive to Key West for the afternoon. 6 riders signed up so far. Room for 4 more. Fun ride!
