🚨🚢 NEW: Carnival Cruise Line’s newest ship is officially OPEN for booking!

Carnival Tropicale will begin sailing from Galveston, Texas, on April 15, 2028, offering 4-, 5-, 6- and 8-day cruises to destinations including Celebration Key, RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay, Isla Tropicale, Puerta Maya, Progreso and Nassau. The ship will even feature the Star of Texas on its bow to celebrate its new homeport.

And there’s a LOT coming onboard. Carnival Tropicale will introduce Sunsation Point, a multi-deck family zone anchored by Carnival WaterWorks Ultra, featuring six waterslides, along with a redesigned mini golf course, Treehouse Adventure Trail and the new Vault Retrocade.

Foodies can also expect new restaurants including Uku Lei Lei, Fetaccine and Emeril’s Coastal Seafood, plus new entertainment and spaces inspired by the golden era of show business.

🎨🌸 NEW: Disney has revealed the 2027 dates for TWO major EPCOT festivals!

The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts returns January 15 through March 1, 2027, bringing visual, culinary and performing arts back to the park. Guests can look forward to the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series, more than 20 Food Studios, Disney Lorcana experiences, Animation Academy, the Paint by Number Mural, Artful Photo Ops, and more.

Then EPCOT will transition into spring as the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival returns March 10 through May 31, 2027! Guests can expect beautiful character topiaries and gardens, fresh flavors from the returning Outdoor Kitchens and live music during the Garden Rocks Concert Series.

🏔️🫎 Day 8 — One Last Teton Adventure ❤️

Our final day in Grand Teton National Park started the way so many of our favorite days did — chasing another beautiful Teton sunrise. 🌅🏔️

After sunrise, we headed back to Gros Ventre for one last chance to find some moose. 🫎 And boy, were we rewarded! We found Hoback, who is said to be the oldest moose in the Tetons. ❤️ What an incredible way to start our last day!

Then, because apparently our legs hadn’t suffered quite enough this trip 😂, Mark and I decided to hike the Colter Bay Hermitage Point Trail.

Just a casual 10 MORE MILES! 😳🥾😂

But once again, the Tetons reminded us why we keep doing this to ourselves. The views along the trail were absolutely beautiful and worth every single mile. 🏔️❤️

And somehow, the Tetons saved the BEST for last. 🌅 We ended our final evening with what was hands down the most incredible sunset of the entire trip. It was the perfect ending to an adventure we weren’t quite ready to say goodbye to.

So many miles hiked. So many sunrises and sunsets. Moose, bears, incredible wildlife, breathtaking mountains, sore feet 😂, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Grand Teton National Park, you have my heart. ❤️🏔️

So sad to see this adventure come to an end…but incredibly thankful for every single moment. Until next time, Tetons. 🥹❤️

🐻🐺🌅 Day 7 — Sunrise, Wildlife Scouting & Another Teton Sunset

Day 7 started bright and early with a beautiful sunrise at Colter Bay. 🌅🏔️ There’s something pretty special about watching the first light hit the Tetons — definitely worth the early wake-up!

From there, Mark and I headed out to scout for grizzly bears. 🐻 We didn’t have any luck finding a grizzly that morning, but the Tetons still gave us plenty of wildlife!

We spotted a pine marten and a black bear, 2 Sandhills cranes, 3 elk, and one of the coolest moments was hearing the wolves! 🐺❤️ We couldn’t see them, but standing there listening to them in the distance was absolutely incredible.

After our morning of wildlife scouting, we headed to Sidewinders American Grill for lunch — one of our favorite places! ❤️ And that pretzel… 🥨🤤 If you know, you know. It is AMAZING!

Later, we decided to work off at least some of that pretzel 😂 and headed out on the Polecat Creek Loop Trail for an afternoon hike. 🥾🏔️

And, of course, we couldn’t let a day in the Tetons end without chasing another gorgeous sunset. 🌅❤️

Sunrise to sunset, with bears, a pine marten, wolves calling in the distance, hiking, and an amazing pretzel in between… Day 7 was another one for the books! 🏔️🐻🐺🥾❤️
