WINE, FOOD, & MUSIC is the perfect trio for a Perry County Wine Tour on Saturday, August 16th from 1-8pm. Upon departure, we will celebrate by popping open a champagne bottle and toasting to a day of fun and laughter.
A party bus will transport us to northern Perry County to Winzerwald Winery. We will enjoy Sips and Samples bacon pairings and listen to the music by the Troubadours of Divine Bliss.
Then we will travel south overlooking the magnificent Ohio River to Blue Heron Winery. Taylor Made Food will have an appetizer plate and samples of Blue Heron wine. We will relax under the shade trees and sip our wine to the music of Mari & Tracey Unplugged.
More food options and wine for purchase will be available at both wineries. Bus transportation, appetizers, and wine all for $105! Reservations can be made by calling Pam, or sending cash or check.

Are you an adventurous person? Love to hike and kayak? Here is your chance to go to Turkey Run State Park and enjoy nature with other adventurous people. On Saturday, June 7, 2025, Ashby Travel & Tours will be taking a bus from Tell City to Parke County to explore the beautiful terrain on a hike in Turkey Run State Park. Most of the hike will be trail #3 which tracks through the most scenic and rugged part of the park. We will provide a picnic lunch at the shaded park. We will drive to Turkey Run Canoe & Camping to kayak a 3 mile stretch on the Sugar Creek which runs through the park and under two covered bridges. On the way home, we will stop at Stoll’s Lakeview Restaurant and enjoy a delicious buffet meal. We will leave Tell City Walmart at 6:00 am and will return at 7:30 pm CST. We can stop to pick up passengers along the way. This trip includes bus transportation, hiking experience, a picnic lunch, kayaking, and a delicious buffet meal all for $165!
