Here is a mile in the eyes of one of our Go Run campers at Smith Rock near Bend Oregon.
Yes, I held a Go Pro for a mile in this position, and it wasn't that bad 😂.
This was one of our best runs and this is only the back side of Smith Rock, AKA "the ugly side" 😉.

As we just closed out the last camp of our 2021 running vacations, I think this photo sums up how it went; beautiful views with great company.

Life is better when you live on the edge and today we lived on the edge of Deschutes River for a glorious 6.5 miles.

Well, our final Go Run camp of the season starts tomorrow! It's been a great summer so far and I can't wait to show these folks what is in store in Central Oregon! Let the fun begin!

Seeing the forest for the trees is one principle a lot runners come to realize at camp. We can get so caught up in routine and monotony that we sometimes forget to enjoy the little things in life. Once you do that and then zoom back out, things look a little more beautiful 🙂.

1,700 ft above Lake Tahoe, there is a trail that has no equal.
Day 4 of Go Run Tahoe took us 13 miles along the famous Flume Trail. Enjoy the views 😎

Day 3 of Go Run Northern Arizona is still underway, but we had a great morning stroll along the rim of the Grand Canyon. There is nothing like getting a group jumping shot on the side of a 3,000 ft cliff 😳🤪.

We got rained on, slightly were terrified of the thunder, laughed, and had a great taco bar for dinner! It was a good day!
