Here is a mile in the eyes of one of our Go Run campers at Smith Rock near Bend Oregon.
Yes, I held a Go Pro for a mile in this position, and it wasn't that bad 😂.
This was one of our best runs and this is only the back side of Smith Rock, AKA "the ugly side" 😉.

Seeing the forest for the trees is one principle a lot runners come to realize at camp. We can get so caught up in routine and monotony that we sometimes forget to enjoy the little things in life. Once you do that and then zoom back out, things look a little more beautiful 🙂.

All the fun starts in 10 days! First up we have red rock country of Northern Arizona, then we get cooled off in the Tahoe waters, and finish it off with the volcanic landscape of Bend, Oregon!
These trips are so great for our campers and even myself! Bonding, good food, and amazing runs is what it's all about!
It's not too late if you want to join us this summer!
