This is an amazing review and so helpful for future clients that are looking to stay at POP!
I’m giving Pop Century a 5 star rating. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the service, and the access to the skyliner. The rooms were small, but really all we needed for two adults and two pre-teen boys. We stayed in building 6 in a standard room. We loved how close it was to the lake, the skyliner, and the main dining hall. The skyliner line moved incredibly fast in the mornings. We also requested a room with a tub which was very nice to have at the end of some long days. Our room was on the 2nd floor, so we never needed the elevator. This was our first Disney trip, and I was surprised by how much time we actually spent at the resort. There is so much to see and do at Pop Century. The food was excellent and service was great! The pool was wonderful at the end of a hot day, too. We felt very safe here, and even were able to let the kids go and explore without us. With such close proximity to Art of Animation, you can go see some of their decor, dining hall, and shopping in your down time.
Brook was a huge help in setting up our first Disney trip. She was able to make this a seamless trip. I like the flexibility of booking some parts on my own. The app was super helpful to keep everything in one place. Just having someone to be excited with you and someone to go to for all the answers to your questions was amazing! I appreciate everything so much!
