For our last evening in Prague be ready for an unforgettable experience as we enjoy a marvelous cruise on the waters of the Vltava River while we have a delicious dinner against the backdrop of the city lights. The cruise will pass the Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, the Rudolfinum, National Theater, Dancing House, Vysehrad, and more.

After breakfast, we will embark on our second full day of touring Prague.
Today, we will visit many of the most famous places on the left bank (Mala Strana or Lesser Quarter) of the Vltava River.
Hradcany Castle, Prague’s most venerated landmark.
We will also visit the famous Strahov library within monastery, Charles Bridge, the Lennon Peace Wall, Church of Our Lady Victorious and many other interesting sites. The remainder of the day is at leisure for some shopping, browsing, and visiting the Christmas Markets.

The New Year's Day concert is a highlight of the festive season in Prague, a fabulous production to welcome in 2025!
It is performed in the stunning Smetana Hall, the main hall at Municipal House and the grandest concert hall in Prague, by the Prague Symphony Orchestra. The concert is performed under the baton of the chief conductor of the Prague Symphony Orchestra, Tomas Brauner, and features the sublime music of some famous Czech composers. Established in 1934, the Prague Symphony Orchestra performs regularly in Czechia and overseas, travelling extensively in Europe, USA and Japan.

After breakfast, we will depart on a morning tour of Prague, which will include the Historic Center, Old Town Square, Republic Square, Powder Tower, the Royal Way, Tyn Church, the Jan Hus Monument, Clam-Gallas Palace, Jewish Ghetto, Kinsky Palace (outside views only) and the Wenceslas Square with the Statue of St. Wenceslas.
The afternoon is free on your own in Prague. Time for more Christmas Markets or seeing other sites of interest.
We will enjoy dinner together at our hotel!

Happy New Year 2025 from Prague!
We will celebrate New Year‘s Eve in style with a delicious festive buffet dinner in a beautifully decorated hotel restaurant. Followed by a party with the best New Year‘s Eve atmosphere including a great DJ and a midnight toast with snacks.

After breakfast and hotel check-out, we will board the deluxe motor coach for the journey to our next destination - Prague, Czech Republic. Sit back and relax as we drive through a fertile farmland in a picturesque and hilly area.
Arriving in Prague, we will check into our hotel and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon exploring the magical Christmas Markets. Christmas markets are a key ingredient of the festive magic in the Czech Republic, with Prague’s Markets being the most impressive in the country.
They light up the city, quite literally, and bring both locals and visitors alike to soak up the truly special winter wonderland setting. The main markets are held at the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, just a five-minute walk from one another.
Plus, there are also smaller markets at Republic Square, Havel’s Market, Kampa Island and in front of St. George’s Basilica at Prague Castle.

After breakfast, we will depart the hotel for a half-day tour of Vienna, where we will see the State Opera, Hofburg Palace, and
St. Stephen’s Cathedral, among other famous landmarks.
Lunch on our own in Vienna city centre.
Afterwards, we visit the beautiful Schönbrunn Palace, situated only 25-minutes from the city center. Schönbrunn Palace is one of Europe’s most beautiful Baroque complexes and has been in the possession of the Habsburgs since 1569. Today, due to its historical significance, its unique layout and magnificent furnishings, the palace is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Over 40 rooms are open for viewing in the Palace and Schönbrunn Palace park is open to visitors all year round
We will enjoy dinner at a typical Austrian local restaurant which also offers the famous “Wiener Schnitzel”!

Arrival to Austria’s capital will show you how this artistic and intellectual city was shaped by famous former residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud.
The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. The Museums Quartier district displays work by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other artists to showcase historic and contemporary buildings. The remainder of the day is at leisure to get acquainted with our new surroundings.
Dinner is included this evening in a local restaurant.
